For Mandarin, it should be "Hai-Bian Zai-Na-Li" ;) But nice try already.I also like East Timor very much. Hau hadomi Timor Lorosae :)
It was supposed to be hakka pronunciation and not mandarin...(that was the way my informant told she would say it, in hakka...):)JP
